BASE PRECISION RIFLE
The Nor-Cal Precision Base Precision Rifle is a Remington 700 BDL based system. The Base Precision Rifle is built around a brand new factory fresh action. The rifle will hold one half minute of angle groups at 100 yards (approx. 1/2 inch) and has had the following special customizing operations performed on it and it

• The action is completely trued.
• The action threads are trued.
• The action bolt lugs are trued with a trued double pinned stainless steel recoil lug.
• The bolt face is trued.
• The bolt lugs are trued and lapped.
• The bolt is dual-vented. (to protect the shooter should a primer be pierced or overpressure encountered)
• A true hand lapped match grade barrel is hand fitted to the action.
• The chamber is cut to true minimum specifications.
• The barrel is crowned with an 11 degree target crown.
• The rifle is nestled into a McMillan M40A1 stock.
• The rifle assembly is custom pillar bedded with stainless steel pillars.
• A recoil pad is affixed to the stock.
• Three sling studs are affixed to the stock. 2 on the forestock one on the buttstock.
• The rifle and floorplate are bead blasted.
• The rifle is powder coated in flat black giving the weapon a durable trouble-free and non-glare finish.

All machining on this rifle is held to a maximum of .0002 inches TIR. (TIR = Total Indicator Runout. TIR is the maximum allowable variance from the specified dimension over the whole circumference of any part.)

TACTICAL RIFLE WITH TACTICAL VENT SYSTEM

The Nor-Cal Precision Tactical Rifle With Tactical Vent System incorporates all of the attributes of the Base Precision Rife described above. In addition this rifle includes a very special tactical vent system.

The Tactical Vent System installed on this rifle adds the following desirable traits to a tactical rifle:

• Recoil reduction - resulting in quicker target recovery/follow-up shots.
• Seventy percent muzzle flash reduction - reduces chance of you being spotted
• Side venting of gasses - so as to help protect your night vision
• Diffuses sound cone - makes it difficult to locate you by audible means
• Reduces pressure and volume of gasses from the muzzle - reduces your dust signature.

NIGHT HAWK TACTICAL RIFLE WITH TACTICAL VENT SYSTEM & FLASH HIDER

The Nor-Cal Precision Night Hawk Tactical Rifle With Tactical Vent System & Flash Hider incorporates all of the attributes of both the Base Precision Rife and the Tactical Rifle With Tactical Vent System described above. In addition this rifle includes the best flash hider available on the market today. The unbeatable attributes of this system are:

• Muzzle flash with the 7.62 (.308 Winchester) is reduced by a phenomenal 99+ percent.
• Muzzle flash with the 300 Winchester Magnum is reduced by 95+ percent.
• Nearly impossible to see at 20-25 yards away
• Reduces dust and recoil even more than the Tactical Rifle With Tactical Vent System described above.

Important Note: This system does not suppress sound. The system diffuses sound by simply redirecting it and thus making it hard to locate the shooter.

The special flash hider is made using the EDM (Electronic Discharge Machining) which allows finer work of this type using heavier materials than has ever been possible before. The hider is currently in a patent pending state and is available nowhere else. It is a truly unique item that has gotten rave reviews.
